Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Text Stack mobile application operated by Pendu Soft Tech.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Text Stack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the application.

2. User Accounts & Security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Scrape, duplicate, or reverse-engineer question banks or proprietary test content.
• Use bots, automated scripts, or exploits to manipulate leaderboard standings or test scores.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with application performance or Firebase cloud infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Text Stack application, logos, trademarks, visual styling, original explanations, and curated test structures are the exclusive intellectual property of Pendu Soft Tech.

5. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app Delete Account feature in Profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Non-Affiliation & Government Disclaimer

Text Stack is an independent learning and exam preparation app provided for educational purposes only. Text Stack is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any government body, agency, or department (including PSSSB, Punjab Police, PPSC, or Punjab Government). All exam names, government recruitment references, and related trademarks are used solely for identification and educational context and belong to their respective statutory owners.
